Cap 'N Trade Victory
According to the National Weather Service, New York just wrapped up it's 8th coolest June on record and the coolest since 1958. Cap 'N Trade is already working and it hasn't even passed the Senate yet. Just imagine how much better it will work when we're all paying exorbitant prices for energy.
