Stupid In Rhode Island...What A Surprise

What do you call a soldier without a weapon? A target. According to an AP story, an 8 year-old boy had the hat he had created to honor our troops banned from his school. Why? He attached little toy soldiers to the hat and they had guns. It's OK, you can gasp in astonishment here. Imagine that. Soldiers with guns.

According to the principle idiot at the school, had young David Morales used soldiers without guns all would have been OK. This is one of the huge problems in America today. So many (and dis-proportionally located in academia) want to present a white washed, unrealistic, Pollyanna view of the world.

Were that not bad enough, the principle idiot defended the zero-tolerance policy by pointing out that kids would also not be permitted to wear a shirt with a marijuana leaf on it. Congratulations on putting soldiers and dope heads on the same plane. This is the sheer idiocy that passes for logic today. It's truly pathetic.
