Biased Much?

The argument has raged for years. The mainstream media is liberally biased. Not it's not. Yes it is. The reality is we all know that it is but some are not willing to admit that they know. The Daily Caller website was able to get it's hands on emails from a "discussion group" called Journolist. It is a collection of left-wing, biased media types and their emails prove their bias.

It's no surprise to me the bias exists. It's sad, but it's also no surprise to me how biased or how vitriolic these people are. They love to paint conservative as if they are the nut job extremists. These emails demonstrate the truth is exactly the opposite.

For example, Sara Spitz who produces radio shows for NPR said if she saw Rush Limbaugh dying of a heart attack she would "laugh loudly like a maniac and watch his eyes bug out". That's beyond bias, disagreeing with or not liking someone. If you read this blog often you know I really can't stand Keith Olbermann. I would not gleefully watch him die, however.

The bias in some of the mainstream media is so extreme the so called journalists are not even close to being in the mainstream of the population. All of this really means when we read, listen to or watch the news media we have to do so with a grain of salt.
