I am going to offer a public service to you after watching a You Tube video of Henry Waxman admitting he doesn't know what's in the "global warming" bill the house is voting on.  A translation of Representative Waxman's words:

"What?  How am I supposed to know?  I'm completely clueless as to what all this is about.  I'm just trying to get some good face time and jump on the hottest bandwagon.  I need to ramble on about and throw out some keywords like, "impact" and "reduce"."
