Obama is certainly following his being accountable statement - except not in exactly the same way this guy means (sincerely) being accountable - he (Obama) is still holding President Bush accountable for every mistake/problem his own administration, more specifically he, has made - now all this time having passed since his election. And, that's not assumptin - he just made that statement to which another official said re. this it's time he quit holding Bush accountable for all his wrongs.//Speech is good all the way around.
